Double header in Abu Dhabi for Eagles

Nigeria's Super Eagles will engage the Etalon of Burkina Faso and the Elephants of Ivory Coast in a bid to fill in the international windows and keep the team busy.
With the Africa Cup of Nations kicking off next month in Equatorial Guinea, various teams have been setting up friendly dates in preparation for the tournament.
Both Ivory Coast and Burkina Faso have qualified for the biennial event and will use Nigeria whom the lost to in the quarter-final and final respectively to tune up.
NFF General Secretary Musa Ahmadu also reiterated the Federations desire to make sure the Eagles are engaged despite missing out on the 2015 Afcon
“We are working round the clock to make sure that the Super Eagles will have opponents for all the FIFA windows available in year 2015, and we are happy that the two games with the Ivorians and the Malians are sealed,"Amadu said
“The Elephants and the Les Aiglons are on their way to the 30th Africa Cup of Nations in Equatorial Guinea, so they are sure to give our team good games.
Super Eagles assistant coach Daniel Amokachi has called up 24 players to prosecute the two games that will take place in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates in January
.
Nigeria will play Ivory Coast before squaring up to Burkina Faso four days later.
Chigozie Agbim leads a cast that includes Azubuike Egwuekwe, Solomon Kwambe, Rabiu Ali, Umar Zango and Gambo Mohammed of Kano Pillars.
Theophilus Afelokhai also gets a look in after nearly three years out of the team
Players are expected to report at the Bolton White Apartments, Abuja on Sunday, 28th December with their international passports and four passport photographs.
