Serie A side Fiorentina have signed Croatian forward Ante Rebic from RNK Split for €4.5 million, Italian media reported on Wednesday.
Rebic, 19, was to undergo medical tests before signing a five-year contract worth €600 000 per season with the Florence club.
His annual pay is said to be similar to that of Serbian forward Adem Ljajic, who was reportedly set to leave Fiorentina for Roma for €10 million.
Rebic scored 10 goals in the past Croatian league, and in mid-August debuted with his national team, scoring a goal after coming on against Liechtenstein.
