In Group A, Nigeria finished top and hosts Senegal as runners-up whereas Mali topped the pack in Group B with Ghana joining them through to the last four.
The quartet has qualified to represent the continent at the Fifa U-20 World Cup in New Zealand in June. However, there is still the ultimate to play for at the 19th edition of the biennial championship.
The first semi-final will pit the winner of Group A, Nigeria against the runner-up of Group B, Ghana on Wednesday, 18 March 2015 at the Leopold Sedar Senghor Stadium in Dakar.
The other semis clash between the winner of Group B, Mali and the runner-up of Group A, Senegal, will take place on Thursday, 19 March 2015 also at the Leopold Sedar Senghor Stadium in Dakar.
The winners of the semis will face-off in the final on Sunday, 22 March 2015 at the Leopold Sedar Senghor Stadium to be preceded by the third-place match between the losers of the semis.
