Brown Ideye was outstanding for West Bromwich Albion in the 1-0 win over Stoke City at the Hawthorns on Saturday.
The striker scored the winner and got a standing ovation from the home fans when he was substituted in stoppage time.

England (Barclays English Premier League)
Omatsone Aluko was an unused Hull City substitute in the 0-0 draw against Hull City at King Power Stadium.
Victor Moses was replaced by Marko Anautovic in the 58th minute of Stoke City’s 0-1 defeat to West Bromwich Albion at the Hawthorns.
Ideye scored the winner for the Baggies via a header in the 19th minute.
The goal scorer was substituted by the Baggies’ manager, Tony Pulis in second half stoppage time to a standing ovation from the WBA faithful.
John Mikel Obi is still recuperating from a knee injury and was duly left out of the Chelsea match day squad in the 1-1 draw with Southampton at Stamford Bridge.
Mikel is due to return to action on April 2.
Germany (Bundesliga)
Anthony Ujah played all 90 minutes against Borussia Dortmund but failed to score in the 0-0 draw at Signal-Iduna-Park.
Chinedu Obasi was not listed in Schalke 04’s 2-2 draw with Hertha BSC at Olympiastadion Berlin.
Italy (Serie A)
Joel Obi was an unused Internazionale substitute in the 1-1 draw with Cesena at Stadio Guiseppe Meazza.
Spain (Primera División)
Success Isaac and Uche Agbo were both left out of the Granada match day squad in the 1-3 defeat Rayo Vallecano to at Estadio del Rayo Vallecano.
Ramon Azeez and Ikechukwu Uche were both unused substituted for their respective clubs, Almería and Villarreal in the 0-0 draw at Estadio de los Juegos Mediterráneos.
Kalu Uche was on for 75 minutes in Levante’s 2-0 win over Real Madrid at Estadio Santiago Bernabéu.
France (Ligue 1)
It was a good day in the office for Nigeria goalkeeper, Vincent Enyeama who kept a clean sheet in Lille OSC’s 4-0 win over Rennes at Stade Pierre-Mauroy.
AS Monaco beat Bastia 3-0 at the Stade Louis II with their Nigerian import, Elderson Echiejile only an unused substitute in the contest.
Russia (Premier League)
Ahmed Musa played all 90 minutes for CSKA Moscow in the 4-0 win over Mordovia Saransk at Arena Khimki.
Musa provided an assist for CSKA’s fourth goal scored by Kirill Nababkin.
