Uefa on Monday announced an investigation into the trouble that marred the Europa League last 32, second leg between Feyenoord and Roma in Rotterdam last Thursday.
The Dutch club will be investigated for "racist behaviour, setting off and throwing of fireworks and/or objects" and "insufficient organisation".
"This case will be dealt with by the Uefa Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body on 19 March", Uefa added.
Roma, meanwhile, face charges of delaying the kick-off while Adem Ljajic is accused of "provoking spectators", with the Italian side's case to go before Uefa on Wednesday, March 4.
The match at Feyenoord's De Kuip stadium was suspended for more than 10 minutes after a large inflatable banana was thrown towards the pitch and in the direction of Roma's Ivory Coast winger Gervinho, who went on to score the winner in a 3-2 aggregate victory for the Italian side.
