Garrido gets Al Ahly backing

Al Ahly director, Alaa Abdel Sadek, has assured that their Spanish coach, Juan Carlos Garrido, will remain in charge despite recent poor results.
Egyptian league titleholders are suffering bad results this season under the leadership of the Spanish coach.
"Garrido will not leave the team. He will stay on as head coach and we all support him," Abdel Sadek said.
"All the teams in the world suffer bad results it's normal; all we can do is to support the head coach and the players to do their best."
Al Ahly lost their third match this season after their 0-1 defeat against ENPPI on Tuesday and that made the fans very angry.
"I understand what the fans feel but we promise them to do our best, and we are counting on the new players we signed," Abdel Sadek assured.
Al Ahly signed Peter Ebimobowei, Hendrik Helmke and Idlam Sery to bolster their playing personnel.
The Red Devils are currently in third position in the standings of the Egyptian top flight with 33 points.
