Players from the continent keep making a name for themselves in Europe and this weekend was no different. Here's a wrap.
BELGIUM
Lots of goals here, starting with Congo DR'sNeeskens Kebano who scored a brace for Sporting Charleroi, taking his tally to eight in 20 appearances this season. The goal helped Charleroi beat Oostende, whose goal came from Zimbabwe striker Knowledge Musona.
It was also eight goals recorded for Junior Kabananga as his Cercle Brugge came back to draw 2-2 draw with Zulte-Waregem.
Nigeria's Imoh Ezekiel netted the opener and got an assist in Standard Liege's 3-2 win against Waasland Beveren. It is his second goal in three games.
Another Nigerian, Moses Simon scored his fifth goal in five games for Gent since joining from Slovakian side AS Trechin. Algerian Sofiane Hanni scored for Mechelen in their 2-1 win against Lierse on Sunday.
PORTUGAL
There was just one African goal in the top flight and it came from Ivorian midfielder Bakary Sare who got his second goal of the season for Guimaraes against Pacos de Ferreira.
ENGLAND
Four Senegalese players netted in the Barclays Premier League at the weekend. One was the big man Dame N'Doye who scored an 89th minute winner for his new club, Hull City. The Tigers beat QPR 2-1 on Saturday. N'Doye, who was celebrating his 30th birthday, has now scored in two of the three league games he has played in since coming from Lokomotiv Moscow.
His countryman Mame Biram Diouf helped Stoke's 2-1 win at Aston Villa with his personal sixth goal of the season but it was Victor Moses of Nigeria who got the winner. For West Ham, the Senegalese duo of Cheikhou Kouyate and Diafra Sakho netted in their thrilling 2-2 draw with Spurs.
GERMANY
The Bundesliga saw Gabon ace Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang score his ninth goal this season and in his third straight game as Borussia Dortmund beat Stuttgart 3-2.
Nigeria striker Anthony Ujah scored for FC Cologne on Saturday in their 1-1 draw with visitors Hannover 96.
FRANCE
Ivorian forward Giovanni Sio scored for Bastia to beat visiting Lille 2-1. It is his second goal in three games since his loan stint from FC Basel in January started. Lille's goal had come from Cape Verde's Ryan Mendes while Togolese hitman Floyd Ayite got Bastia's winner - his fourth this season.
Morocco's Alharbi El Jadeyaoui got a consolation for Lens in the 4-1 loss at Caen, but it was his third goal of the season. Elsewhere, Tunisia's Wahbi Khazri scored for Bordeaux at Rennes - his seventh this season.
In the 2-2 draw between Saint Etienne and Olympique Marseille, Max Gradel scored the games opener against the French giants.
SPAIN
Only one African was on target in La Liga as Nabil Ghilas scored - his seventh this season - for Cordoba in their 2-1 defeat to Valencia.
ITALY
Chelsea's Mohamed Salah is loving life in Italy as his loan club Fiorentina saw him score his second goal in as many games. But it finished 1-1 against Torino.
HOLLAND
The highly rated Adnane Tighadouini of Morocco scored twice in NAC Breda's 2-1 win against Cambuur, whose goal came from Nigeria's Bartholomew Ogbeche.
His countryman Zakaria Labyad got his fifth Vitesse goal of the season as the beat Twente 2-1.
TURKEY
In the top flight, Morocco's Aatif Chahechouhe scored his eighth goal this season for Sivasspor in their 3-2 loss against giants Galatasaray.
Defender John Boye of Ghana scored his second goal of the season for Kayseri as they won 3-0 against Konyaspor while Cameroon's Leonard Kweuke gave Rizespor hope in their 1-1 draw with Bursaspor.
