Chippa get fitness boost

Chippa United could receive a significant boost in the second half of the season with the return to fitness of winger Joseph Molangoane.
The 26-year-old has been missing for the past four months with a broken ankle, but is now back in training and working towards match fitness.
He would add good width for coach Ernst Middendorp and is also able to operate behind the strikers in a play-making role.
“I have a long way to go, but happy to be back on the training pitch,” the former Platinum Stars and Orlando Pirates player said.
Molangoane started each of Chippa’s first four games of the season before breaking his ankle in the first half of their 3-0 loss to Maritzburg United in late August.
He arrived at the club at the start of the season from Pirates, where he made little impact in his one campaign at the club having been a surprise signing from Platinum Stars.
