South Africa Under-17 coach Molefe Petrus Ntseki is a delighted man after his Amajimbo side picked a ticket to represent Africa at the Fifa Under-17 World Cup in Chile.
Ntseki, who saw his side finished second behind Mali in Group B of the on-going Caf Africa Junior Championship in Niamey, is optimistic there is more to come from his side.
South Africa beat Cameroon 3-1 on Sunday at the Stade General Seyni Kountche in Niamey to rake in five points from 3 matches and finished the group unbeaten.
"We are proud of our achievements here in Niger. It's a wonderful thing that we are able to get to this stage," he told supersport.com
"The boys have done us proud and we are delighted with our performances in the competition. The boys have done well. I'm proud of them.
"Cameroon was quite tought. They are a good side, but I'm glad we were able to win the game.
South Africa drew their first two matches before the 3-1 spanking of Cameroon which set up a potentially thrilling encounter with defending world champions Nigeria.
Ntseki is relishing the match up against the Golden Eaglets who own Group A with seven points from three games, a match, he says will be interesting.
"We don't fear anyone. Nigeria are the world champions and we have to be at our best to beat them in the semi-finals," he enthused.
"We believe in ourselves and our dreams. We will be ready for the game.
South Africa, Nigeria, Guinea and Mali have all qualified to represent Africa at the Fifa Under-17 World Cup in Chile later in the year.
The Amajimbo will be making their first trip to the global event.
