Yeboah confident in Black Satellites

Ghana youth midfielder Yaw Yeboah is confident the Black Satellites can go all the way to the final of the 2015 AYC.
Ghana will step out in the championship with their opening match against South Africa in the coastal city of M’Bour on Monday.
The right to Dream Academy youngster scored in each of the friendlies of the Ghana team during their final preparations in Turkey and is counting on translating the good form at the Senegal tournament.
“We won all our [friendly] games and we can see improvement in the team. We put in more work at the Turkey camp than we did in Ghana. We have the confidence that we will do well in Senegal,” Yaw Yeboah said.
The Manchester City academy attaché is expecting the Satellites to at least be able to emulate the success chalked by the Black Stars at the Afcon a couple of months ago.
“I believe we are going to make our nation proud - that we emulate our seniors by going to the final and hopefully win the cup.”
“First, we have to qualify from our group and book a ticket to the World Cup,” he noted.
Placed in Group B of the 2015 AYC with Zambia and Mali, the Black Satellites and South Africa’s Amajitas will kick off the group’s games at 18:30 CAT.
