Title behind Enyimba switch

Former Abia Warriors forward, Onyekachi Peter has said the quest for challenges and laurels were responsible for his recent switch to sister side, Enyimba for the upcoming 2014/15 Glo Premier League season.
The Dream Team V1 marksman was pivotal to the Umuahia-based side top flight debut in the out gone season where they finished as sixth best on 58 points.
Peter said the stakes are quite high at the Peoples Elephant compared with his former side and certain to bring out the very best in him.
"Of course, I like challenges as I perform better where the stakes are quite high and that summed up the drive behind the switch to Enyimba, I want challenges as well as laurels.
"The target is to contribute my own quota together with former captain at Abia Warriors, Chima Uluocha and others to win the Caf Champions League, Federation Cup and league shields.
"Enyimba are bigger than Abia Warriors, an elder brother and bigger platform in Africa to bring the very best in me.
"I'm not worried by the expected stiff competition for shirts among the galaxy of stars there as I can always shake off any opposition to hold my own ground.
"The hunger for titles is the driving force behind my movement to Enyimba and I strongly believe it'll a reality at the end of the day.
"So it's done and dusted as I'll be resuming at Enyimba once I'm done with the national team assignment with the Olympic side," said Peter to supersport.com.
Peter is certain to be available when Enyimba open its Caf Champions League title campaign on home front next month against the Buffles du Borgou FC of Benin Republic.
