The Nike Football Training Centre in Pimville, Soweto will host the MultiChoice Diski Challenge final, the organisers announced on Thursday.
The Wolfson Stadium in Port Elizabeth will host the semifinals on Saturday, 14 February 2015.
The final and the 3rd place play-off will take place at the Nike Football Training Centre in Pimville, Soweto on Saturday, 28 February 2015.
It will be the third time the Diski Challenge heads into the Nike Centre in it’s inaugural season. The venue hosted all eight matches of the second round in September last year, a month later it hosted the match between Kaizer Chiefs and Polokwane City.
The venue is also remembered for Bloemfontein Celtic’s memorable 8-0 victory over Moroka Swallows, where Vuyani Ntanga netted four times.
Port Elizabeth’s Wolfson Stadium will be hosting it’s first matches of the tournament during the semifinals.
The eight remaining teams; Orlando Pirates, SuperSport United, Platinum Stars, Polokwane City, Bloemfontein Celtic, Mamelodi Sundowns, Mpumalanga Black Aces and University of Pretoria are contesting the quarterfinals this weekend at the King Zwelithini Stadium in Umlazi, Durban.
On Saturday, SuperSport take on Stars in the first quarterfinal at 10am. The second match is between Pirates and University of Pretoria at 12pm.
On Sunday, Celtic face Black Aces in the third clash at 10am. Sundowns and Polokwane City conclude the last eight round when they meet at noon.
The winning team in the first match (SuperSport or Platinum) will meet the winner of the fourth encounter between Sundowns and Polokwane in the semifinals.
The other clash will feature the winner of the second quarterfinal (Pirates or Tuks) and the visitors in the third match (Celtic or Aces).
