Wolves eye win against Pillars

Warri Wolves forward, Joseph Osadiaye, has said his side will unsettle Kano Pillars in Friday’s Super Six match day 4 clash at the Abuja National Stadium.
The Seasiders are yet to pick a point in the three matches so far played in the six-team preseason annual football showpiece.
Osadiaye said his side will certainly win its first match of the tournament against the Nigerian champions, Pillars.
“The encounter against Kano Pillars is a must win as we can’t afford to lose four matches on a stretch even though the clash is noncompetitive.
“Pillars will certainly fall as we’ve the magic wand to handle them, they’re our traditional customers.
“We’re coming up gradually in our performance and I see it improving further as the tournament heads to an end.
“The key for us as far as the tournament is concerned is to build-up for our continental assignment winning the tournament is secondary.
“We’re not making excuses for our inability to win at least a match so far but I know we’ll achieve the goal we set for ourselves prior to the tournament at the end of the day,” said the Super Eagles marksman to supersport.com.
Wolves were losers in the past encounters involving the Olympic team (Dream Team V1), Enyimba and Flying Eagles.
