However, the Nigerian knows that the decision to move to England from Russia rests with his employers, CSKA Moscow.
"Of course I am very pleased to hear that. I would like to test myself in a strong championship, but it will happen when it should happen.
"CSKA decides everything that will happen; our leadership will decide my future. If they agree on something, I will go and then move. If they consider that I stay, I will stay because I am happy here," Musa told Russian newspaper, R Sport.
The Russian club have reportedly rejected two bids from English Premier League leaders, Leicester City, for Musa.
There are also reports suggesting that English giants, Manchester United, are in the pursuit of the Nigerian international but there are no words from Old Trafford to that effect.
Musa still have a contract with CSKA Moscow that will run till the summer of 2019. He has scored 10 goals for the Russian club this season.
