Tunisia to play China, Japan friendlies

The Tunisian Football Federation has announced that its men's senior national team will play two friendly matches against Japan and China.
The FTF revealed the first match will be against Japan on March 27 before the Carthage Eagles go toe to toe against China four days later.
The Carthage Eagles had an offer to play against their Ukrainian counterparts but the friendly proposal was turned down due to political issues in the European nation.
Tunisia finished as quarterfinalists in the last edition of the Africa Cup of Nations when they lost to hosts Equatorial Guinea.
The Tunisians are facing threat of a suspension from the next edition of the Afcon in 2017 from Caf following comments made by its football federation in the wake of their quarterfinal exit.
Caf has given the Tunisians a March 31 deadline to tender an official apology over the incident or face suspension from the 2017 Afcon.
