Ghana has had problems with injuries during its Afcon preps, a fact that worries Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu.
The midfielder is hoping for an end to the spate of crocks as the team camps before the Afcon 2015 kicks off in a fortnight.
"So far everything is going on well,” the ex-Kotoko midfielder told Montie FM in Accra.
The Udinese man goes on: "Fortunately, we have (Mubarak) Wakaso and John Boye too in camp. We are hoping for an injury-free and see what will happen in Spain - and after that, we tackle the tournament in Equatorial Guinea."
The new boss
Badu has been part of the Black Stars since 2010 and has worked under four coaches since. He is in a good position to assess the recently appointed Avram.
"We are enjoying the tactics of the coach and we're learning so much from him. He's a wonderful coach, we laugh with each other and he made us aware that we have to be free and do whatever we want on the pitch."
Agyemang Badu has featured in four straight African Cup tournaments.
