Eguma say Dolphins' Cup hope bright

Dolphins head coach Stanley Eguma has said his side have equal chance of success as the Tunisian opponents, Club Africain.
The Garden City side missed the scheduled Thursday night departure aboard Emirates Airline to Tunisia via Dubai due to players disagreement with management over basic travel allowance.
The side however eventually departed the nation’s shore on Friday afternoon on Emirates flight for the Caf Confederation Cup second round first fixture clash against the North African side in Rades, Tunisia on Saturday.
Eguma said the distraction over travel allowance was negative to good result but insisted that his wards are condemned to fight for the three points at Club Africain on Saturday.
“Well, we’re prepared for the match at Club Africain in Tunis on Saturday, we’ve made up our minds to face the encounter squarely.
“Of course, the distraction over travel allowance is negative to good result but we’ve resolved to fight on.
“Our biggest challenge right now is to get to Tunis first and foremost to allow the players to rest before match time.
“The travel hiccups could happen to any side so we can’t write off ourselves yet as in football even your perceived hardship can become a blessing in disguise.
“Our chances are as bright as the hosts, Club Africain, we only just have to maintain absolute calmness.
“In addition to management, players disagreement we equally had bad weather that further compounded our early departure.
“We’re already boarding and quite hopeful for positive result in the game on Saturday,” said Eguma on aboard Emirates Airline to supersport.com.
The encounter is expected to hold on Saturday at the Stade Olympique de Rades, Tunisia.
