AmaZulu target Aces

AmaZulu will be aiming to hit the ground running when they take on Mpumalanga Black Aces at the Mbombela Stadium on Saturday for their Absa Premiership encounter.
Kick Off at 20h15.
Following only their second victory of the season over SuperSport United recently, AmaZulu are looking at taking advantage over an out of form Mpumalanga Black Aces.
AmaZulu striker Bongi Ntuli said that despite the fact that they have struggled to win against teams that are out of form, this time they have no choice but to get the three points.
“Yes we struggled against teams that were not on form, but at this point in time we have no choice but to get the full points that we need.
“Playing against Aces will not be easy but looking at how the team has been performing in the past matches, I am quite confident that we are going to do well,” said Ntuli, who also scored against SuperSport United.
Aces suffered a fourth defeat from their last five league matches when they went down 2-1 away to University of Pretoria late last month and will be aiming at doing well against AmaZulu.
The Mpumalanga club has claimed eight points from 10 home matches this season and is placed 12th on the Absa Premiership log with 22 points from 20 matches.
Aces coach, Clive Barker who has worked with AmaZulu for several years said this match is not going to be a walk in the park for them.
“It is not going to be easy at all playing against AmaZulu irrespective of whether we are playing at home or not. I think they have proven that they are good side over the past games.
“We are expecting a challenging match and we will be prepared to fight hard as we know they will be coming all out,” said Barker.
With AmaZulu having former Amazayoni players such as Energy Murambadoro and Mbulelo Mabizela, Barker said these two players will be key for AmaZulu.
“They both have great experience and they know the club better. We must keep a very close eye on them, but at the same time play our football. We also have good players who can win us this match,” he said.
Usuthu has claimed eight points from 11 away matches this season and are placed 16th on the Absa Premiership log with 12 points from 20 matches.
