Ogborodi relishing award

God’s Time coach, Mike Ogborodi, is excited with his award as best coach of the Delta State Federation Cup.
Ogborodi’s side reached the final in only their first attempt, but lost 0-2 to J Atete on match day.
“The award is an indication of my dedication to duty. This has boosted my confidence. My team was determined to emerge champions and was the better on match day, but failed to convert chances.
“However, our desire is to take our form to the national stage,” he told supersport.com.
Ogborodi took defunct Delta United from the amateur class to the Premier League, but had to work under Godfrey Esu.
The experienced tactician also assisted Solomon Ogbeide and Paul Aigbogun at Warri Wolves.
Formed only four months ago, God’s Time forced their way through and tore the record books after eliminating Premier League campaigners and perennial state champions, Warri Wolves in the semifinals.
