Pillars to revamp game against Enyimba

Kano Pillars attacking midfielder, Azeez Shobowale has said his side will revamp game after the shocking Caf Champions League exit with the clash against Enyimba.
The Nigerian champions will host last season’s runners-up, Enyimba in the Glo Premier League match day 4 clash on Saturday at the Sani Abacha Stadium, Kano.
Shobowale however insisted that the top banner clash will not be approached by his side as a do-or-die encounter.
“Of course, it won’t be a do-or-die encounter rather an encounter one of the three possible results, win, lose or draw will prevail at the end of the day.
“I’m however confident we won’t lose to Enyimba not after our shocking elimination at the Caf Champions League by the Moroccan side, Moghreb Athletic de Tetouan.
“The league clash is the first match after both sides crashed at the Africa’s elite club competition.
“We want to use the Enyimba tie to revamp and revive our game once again and return to the winning path.
“It’ll be difficult for both sides but we’ve worked very hard to earn the maximum points at stake,” said the former ABC and Dolphins playmaker to supersport.com.
The Pyramid City side have garnered three points in the three-week old Nigerian topflight though with two outstanding matches at Heartland and 3SC.
